Simple Structure Glass Bottle 18000 BPH Milk Filling Line
It is designed and manufactured by our company to fill milk in glass bottles with features of stable performance, advanced technology, beautiful appearance and multiple functions.
1. Features:
Rinsing part:
It adopts rotating structure in rinsing machine, mainly used in cleaning liquor, beverage and water glass bottles;
Bottles will be loaded into machine by screw and star wheel. The bottle will be turned mouth downwards by clips and turn-over device. After rinsing by aseptic water, the bottle will be turned mouth upwards then transferred to next procedure;
It adopts stainless steel in main structure of equipment, rinsing medium contacting part and outside cover;
Open gear transmission;
It has pneumatic device to control the loading of bottles into machine. It will avoid fallen bottles going into machine;
It is equipped with pressure gauge and pressure stable valve in the inlet water pipe of rinsing machine;
It can produce different height bottles by adjusting manually;
It is equipped with water collection tray to recycle rinsing water;
The rinsing flow rate of each bottle is 105ml/s (0.25MPa);
It will stop rinsing when no bottles or machine breakdowns. It will automatically start to rinse again when bottles are loaded into machine normally.
Filling Part:
It is designed and manufactured by our company to fill hot liquid material into glass bottles cleaned by rinser;
It adopts pressure filling negative pressure reflux structure in filling valve. It’s quick and sensitive, high precision in filling level;
It has cracked bottle rinsing device to rinse the broken glass bottle;
It has completely CIP cleaning function;
It can be adjusted to fill different height of bottles with high and low position safety protection device;
It adopts gear transmission with features of high efficiency, low noise, long service life, convenient maintenance and fully lubrication. It adopts frequency convertor to control the rotating speed of main motor. It adopts stepless frequency convertor;
The bottle guiding system is simple in structure. Changeover can be done quickly and conveniently according to different shapes of bottles. It adopts bottle base supporting structure to transfer bottles;
It adopts PLC auto control in the whole machine, trouble-shooting will display on-line such as bottle blockage and cap missing and etc.;
If no bottles loading, the filling valve won’t work. If emergency breakdowns, it has safety protection function.
It adopts imported brand in crucial parts and electric apparatus.
Capping part:
Caps will be scrambled well, capped on the filled bottles and then conveyed to packaging process;
The rotating plate will be driven by speed reducer in capping machine. Caps will go out of hopper by centrifugal force. The storage of caps in hopper can improve the capacity of cap scrambler. There’s a changing device in the outlet of hopper to change cap mouth upwards and downwards. When the cap with mouth downwards coming, it will be turned upwards by changing device. The caps in hopper will be inspected by photoelectric switch to control the speed of cap loader. When the cap with mouth upwards comes, it will successfully go into capping machine. If photoelectric switch in sliding rail finds out no caps loading, the machine will stop automatically;
It has height compensate function in capping machine to reduce the broken bottles rate. No need to change cap molds when produce different size bottles with same cap.
Capper can be adjusted manually to produce bottles with different heights.
